Hunterr you have interpreted it all wrong mate.
The breakdown of the costs is based on the $5M placement only, not the full $15.8M.
As for dilution sure I am happy about that.
However I would rather have a diluted company with sats in space rather than an undiluted company that can't get funding and fold.
At this stage, this is the best option for SAS to move forward.
