You need to look at who holds the escrow shares in my opinion.
I don't think it will do anything to the sp.
And all this needs is the marketing authorisation and $30mil will jump into the til.
If I was short term trading it I'd probably wait for that.
But I have no idea when I'll sell this. Bought at ipo and I'm ok with hanging around to see what these guys do.
