ive often said free speech is a treasure however ive also said it needs to be tempered with responsibility. free speech was never about allowing someone to say what he liked regardless of result.
free speech in its original design was baout religious freedom and took into account the need for one christian demoniation to say something contrary to another. it was as a result of the religious persecution taking place in europe.
the behaviour of those women could not be considered free speech - rather just a foul mouthed rant which should have been shut down. similar to comedians who cant crack a joke without being foul mouthed.
