I wish you wouldn't make silly statements such as: "Or is it an even more basic problem, that is, how are they going to deal with the fluorine problem, given that their plan to turn it into a salable byproduct assumes a recovery rate that no one in the world has come to achieving and that they have not proven that they can actually do it themselves" without mentioning the source, or some details to substantiate your claims. On the contrary, I suggest GML have done a great deal of work to ensure they can recover almost all of the Fluoride as CaF₂.xH₂O (the saleable byproduct) without substantiating my claim.
