From all the presentations I have seen on Pogo, it looks like an absolute beast that needs some TLC. That goodpastor ground over the river looks like a repeat of the same orebody. It didnt ramp up and perform as quickly as management would have liked it to, but it is hardly a lemon. And remember, this is the companies first jaunt overseas so this is a fresh challenge for them.

Look at it this way, it looks to me as though the japs mined it blindly for 12 years with crappy mining techniques and minimal drilling, and made a killing from it. In the hands of arguably the worlds best underground miners, I think they can make it work - but it's going to take every bit of that 18 months to do it (and maybe a bit more).

Hell, I've only got a smallish parcel left of NST, I do not think management are infallible by any means, but I'm willing to hang on to my stock for another year.
