This is a day trader stock because it is cheap. Institutions will not touch this because of its size. China is closed for the games. The agreements have not come through yet. The demerger the same.

All the above is giving chartists butter flies in their belly.

I look at the resources the company has and i am confident that this company can't really go broke. Somebody said yesterday that this company is facing cash flow problems. Even if that is true they will have to do a sale of their assets. This is worth more than 11 cents whether or not it is a fire sale.

There will be plenty of vultures lurking around and they will bid against each other.

But the reality is that the company is in negotiations and the bun fight is to get the best deal. Don't forget the chinese company is interested but they also want to get the best price. So the war is over the right price.

Because of the resources of this company I am holding this even though I am about $40K down. I did this with PDN when the price went to 3.8. Only because I was confident of its resources.

If you know a company has resources then stick with it. In the Dot com era the companies only had ideas. Ideas are very hard to sell unless they are very good. Furthermore, it is not an explorer in its true sense. The resources are there. They just have to extract them.

Hang in there investors and if this goes to 7 cents as some chartist predicted and you hear no bad news from the company buy more.
