The fact is that through out history there has always been a "top dog", the Greeks, the Romans, the Poms etc.
Right now its the Yanks.
Like them or hate them, think who may be the next "top dog"
Its a scary thought isn't it!!!
But a new dog will emerge sooner or later (its just the way of the world) then it may be a case of better the devil you know!
