All the Senegalese Govt want is the resources to be developed in the most efficient and expedient way for the benefit of the country and taxation receipts.

And yet here we are Charlie. It's been alleged that certain disturbing facts have been revealed during the investigation/submission stage of arbitration.

I'm guessing the government is aware of these facts (although theoretically it's between FAR and COP). We have speculated that there was a tax avoidance component to the deal.

Wonder how the government feels about it and whether they are happy to forgive all for the sake of expediting the project?

Guess not long to find out.
