Reading through the prospectus, conversion by nomination only occurs at the end of every quarter or per CSS redemption notice. The conversion than takes 10 days. Seemingly a lot of uncertainty both in timing and price given if a notice was provided on the 1st of the Jan, conversion wouldn't occur until the 10th of April.
