But.... largely irrelevant....imo..... as the damage is done..... the stalling tactics have worked.... and as predicted.... the 'golden rule'...applies
To have the house broker predicting a massive CR...... perhaps 4.5c...... 1 billion+ more shares..... just to stay in the game ..... (at this stage)...... has spooked the mkt.... and seen even the crustiest 'apologists for management'.... refrain from pom pom waving ,,,, even posting....imo
Note the report is dated 1st Nov........ and shorts/dumps since.....
