Yes he has been scathingly wary of Magnis arriving in Townville for some time. Back in July he blogged about being worried about dealing with MNS based also on their bearish looking share price chart. The price is noted at 23 cents back then.
I guess he will be even more wary now that MNS price has over halved since he wrote that piece.
