It sure is a process. Look, the upshot is that we (to my knowledge) are the only graphite hopeful that has the support of a German bank for a UFK. At least if Germany does want to secure its future supply of natural flake graphite KNL is in the driver's seat to be a part of that.
The hold up with funding isn't really in Germany right now though, is it? These regulatory issues in Tanzania seem to be quite the impediment to every Tanz-based graphite hopeful. There seems to be a lot of optimism that those issues will be resolved this month. We'll see.
