So I guess on your figures

Add:
1. $1298 profit
2. 60% gearing (note gearing on a reduced valuation, but lets use the current one) so 40% equity. They sold 17% os assetts for 1.42B So total assett holding $8.35B. 40% of that is $3.34B

1. 3.34B equity plus 1.298 profit = 4.638B divided by 848million shares = $5.46 share price.

I cannot explain why they are getting hammered. Perhaps it's the hedge funds trying to drive the price down, then sell at a premium in a few months. The figures speak for themselves.
