@JB1975 , I recognize your concern on a blocking stake………… But there is nothing to stop AVZ going to mine.

This announcement in any case shows CATL’s hand. Which is something we’ve wanted demonstrably done………. this is it.

And now, imo, it’s up to the Europeans (French Germans UK even) and their alliances to recognize Tianyi Lithium has been overlooked at least publically and they are going all the way to Africa to get their SC6.

This blows a few cobwebs about ‘no interest’.

Looking at Tianyi Lithium their timelines for production fit in well with AVZ’s stated timeline around 2022. I’ve read somewhere online they will look to invest in Australian mines…………. Maybe PLS was it.

Remember DMS only strategy to get this beast walking.

Clearly with 100KT phase 2, Tianyi Lithium will need a vertical integration strategy……… Manono is it.

Tianyi and Manono is CATL’s answer to BYD and Tianqi imo.

I have a funny feeling though, Nigel is saying in Zurich, “see I told you so….”, “it’s real when are you guys getting real.”

Then there is Japan……… the best batteries are made there. The Japanese now can say to their bosses we don’t need to make the first move. Look……

How will Japan tolerate depending on so limited supply of SC6 or its battery grade equivalent? I think it will want a piece of the pie independently.

Lastly I think Dathomir is more independent than some can see, Cong MaoHuai is a maverick in the Congolese space and he wants good value from Manono, you can see that with TTX (aka MINOCOM) only getting some tailings to play with, and with providing AVZ a %. Cominiere is also pending.......

To convince the market Nigel will need a non-Chinese player, and I think that’s the plan this next 6 months. A non-Chinese investor for project finance would also encourage non-Chinese investors.

Project finance is not coming from Tianyi Lithium, wonder why? I believe it’s because it’s not what Nigel wants. And yet they are asking about tin rights........smoke.....

Basically we can’t ignore China, they’ve shown that they want to do deals with current management. It shows procrastinators time is running out.

Hopefully the Chairman will also emerge soon.
