I have a feeling the order has some more to go. If the buyer just wanted 1,000,000, they could have chipped away during the day, and accumulated that many at a cheaper average price.

No, this buyer wants a good chunk. The fact that they were in such a hurry to purchase the first 1m shares suggests they value the stock at much higher than 10 cents, and needed to take all that were on offer initially to (partly) fill their order.

If more buyers wants to exit, they will be soaked up.

The buyer's seeming impatience has shown their hand.
