No. There is nothing in the statement that states as fact that ASIC initiated by themselves or in conjunction with ASX, the suspension. It simply say's there was a consultation between ASX and ASIC.
Now this consulatation is of interest and specifically the interpretation by ASX to then suspend, followed by such latency confirming who requested or did not request the suspension. Was there a misunderstanding my ASX and hence the reason for the delay in responding to ISX managements question.
