Thats an odd way of looking at it.
Firstly ISX management needs to confirm who requested the suspension to then determine how to best tactically approach a response. The starting position and specific allegations are most important to clarify before moving forward. It has taken 1 month for ASX and ASIC to confirm, which is very odd. Now they have the right starting position they can move forward more conclusively.
This does not suggest that the company will or will not be relisted, but its not a sign of desperation in the context you suggest. ISX management should be desperate to find this out who and why - natural justice demands they be told significantly sooner than 1+ months down the track.
