I agree they knew what they were doing. IPR is still great buying, IMO, at 10 cents.

But the means by which they bought them I question...Unless an announcement is imminent (ie today), they could have bought 1m in the 9-10 cent range.

I suspect the same buyer is at 10 cents atm. There was a buy at 75,000, now 225,593... but the sellers have been scared off. Unless they are prepared to pay 11.5 cents, there are just not the shares available.

The evidence of the buyer's intentions will be borne out if the 10 cent buys get taken by a seller. If they are replaced with fresh buys, assume the buyer isn't finished yet.

The buyer may be party to some 'news'. Or, they may have just worked out what recent buyers already know...

But all this speculation is nice, but it is just that. The price could go up or down in the short term. But beyond that, IPR's fundamentals will assert themselves.
