The disappointing passivity of major shareholders at the AGM makes me wonder how they expect to achieve a successful return on their investments.

There are only two routes, capital appreciation or income, and I see no indication of management activity related to either of these (no diversification, no tailings treatment plan, no details of tax rebate options, no buybacks, no dividends etc etc). Nothing. Nada. Nichts. Niente. Wala!

These directors seem to have crossed the corporate event horizon.
