nearmap is annuity revenue? and at what margin?
yea, one off sales (and the whole sale likely won't be delivered in one calendar year) aren't as valuable. but it seems like they are developing a series of multi-million dollar sales channels. say this is $40m next year and $30m in the next and other sales are $20 and $30m those years we are now taking about lining up two years of $60m sales. I think that could safely assume 6-8x on that, so $420m on 280m in shares or so, (the distribution footprint is worth a lot) which is $1.50 a share.
this is an "if DRO actually lands it, mid-case scenario". if you believe in higher sales, multiple, or a premium for being the first in the market, an overzealous buyer, or a greater premium for the distribution footprint I could see shares hitting double that.
