You don't need to source it.
I think you may be wrong, on your last post as I said in my post the report went on to say.

The move imposed a uniform 15% export duty on iron ore,replacing a fixed levy of Rs50 per tonne on lower grade of iron ore and Rs300 per tonne on higher grade,in a bid to ensure affordable supplies for local industry.
So it is 15% for all grades of iron ore.
