17/11 is also an important date for another reason and it is for this reason I rather not support the Action of the Group. In principle, it is a good idea to hold management accountable but the way it has taken shape and the people behind it need to be honest here. Are you doing it for the good of all shareholders?

If the Group was a little bit more honest and a little bit more open, would have voting with both arms up.

Knowing who is in this Group is not the same as knowing who is responsible for the Group and looking at the way they are seeking Shareholders to joint the Group with making connection with another poster is the same as accusing the Management passing information to 3rd party for calling shareholders. Why it is acceptable here but not acceptable with the Management. At lease we know if something goes wrong, who will be responsible. Who will this poster pass the information to?

Just think about it, starting this thread alone is the equivalent of Management calling around seeking intention to vote. This post, is more powerful, it is influencing you how to vote.

Can you imagine on the off chance that their agenda (hidden agenda) got executed, will this benefit all shareholders or just a few who is willing to support this Group?
