LoL most forums become love ins for the up rampers so people disagreeing with my view is not unusual nor unexpected. Thing is often the alternative view is the view that ends up being on the money.
An independent board would do what is right for SPX holders.
Or perhaps someone has heard sense has prevailed and the parties are getting around the table to get a deal done and move on.
