Santos supply Alcoa at $7/GJ. Companies wanting long term supply security are paying much higher prices than your suggestion. I believe the Santos WA gas business may be their most profitable division - in the whole company !
STX will likely have some of the lowest cost gas (inclusive of small pipeline requirements and minimal processing costs). With that sort of supply profile the gas molecules coming from our PB assets will most probably have good - exceptional margins in any gas pricing environment.
