If PW was never mentioned then its pretty much case closed right? VMC are liars started this whole case on nothing, so why would SPX even keep the option open that "Even if VMC could establish a breach of duty by DJC" makes no sense first your telling the market there has never been a discussion about PW, if thats correct then then there is no breach of duty, why would SPX even mention "even if VMC could establish a breach of duty".keeping it open that there is some type of case, one things for sure one of them (SPX/VMC) are lieing in a big way
