I was just thinking about that also. What highlighted it to me was the fact that in the latest announcement it states
" Once the display home has served its initial purpose, FBR will have the ability to sell it to a hombuyer, thereby generating additional revenue."
FBR & Fastbrick Australia could essentially build 20 Display home and sell them $500K per home to hit the milestone. Plus any sales from WAAS.
