At the moment the total undiluted shares on issue is aproximately 110,000,000

FAS = 26,795,447 or 24.5%
PMM = 22,000,000 or 19.9%
Minority = 61,204,553 of 55.6%

After the placement the total shares on issue will be approximately 126,000,000

FAS = 26,795,447 or 21.2%
PMM = 22,000,000 or 17.4%
Hunan Valin = 14,400,000 or 11.2%
Yijian = 1,600,000 or 1.2%
Minority = 61,204,553 or 49%

This will result in those supporting the board, not including minorities to be
42795447 or 34% up against Portmans 17.4%.

Basically Portman need to get just shy of 70% support from the minority vote to get over their resolutions over the line. A MASSIVE ASK!!!!

PMM might be on the look out to buy on market, their holding back up to 19.9%. Tipping GWR to rise.
