Skeptic in me thinks it'll be after options expire.
Gleneagle will hold the newly converted shares and we'll get a positive announcement (which we are waiting for anyway) and the volume will pick up significantly. Hopefully the SP also picks up.
I'd only imagine a shareholders newsletter prior to expiry if the SP looks like it's getting close to the options being out of the money.
