So @m0ngy you are saying you know more about WA law and the Mining Act than SPX's lawyers, Bennett & Co? Or perhaps Bosio & Adams lawyers, Clayton Utz? Okay.
One thing EVERYONE needs to remember is that this isn't two companies going at it anymore, it is teams of highly paid, expert lawyers. The announcements are all being written and vetted by these lawyers. If something is being said or written it's for a reason. This is a big chess game and a series of wrong moves will result in a loss, regardless of right and wrong.
I wouldn't get hung up on SoL here, it's not the main game - IMO the real issue is here is was there a breach of confidentiality? Timeframes are simply supporting evidence.
