I was fine with that mob wanting a seat on the board until I read JJ's letter. It is now apparent it is a sneaky takeover bid so nup for me. The relationship with Stern is a big concern.
Go JJ. Get a new loyal board member as expressed. Replace Stern with another new loyal board member and lets get on our way.
