"In consultation with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”"

Please try to keep up if you want to have an intelligent conversation!

As for your attempt to defend the rights of journalists: if the journalists stick to reporting accurately and inpartially they would not be accused of anything IN MY OPINION!
