”Conflicting accounts” sounds more like “alternative facts”.
There has been a consistent theme from ex employees and the problem is that there exists a glaringly obvious conflict of interest, that being that the biggest shareholder is also the ceo. There is no separation of function, no checks and balances - the business is beholden to one person and it’s operations are entirely dependent on the well being of that person.
That’s just not sustainable.
