Thanks Gridder. I thought I read it somewhere but couldn't find it.
Pretty clear the 13% is not truly representative of the actual development phases but the entire field. Its seems quite bizarre to me how they can say 30-40% for 500 and 20% + for 400 and arrive at 13%
