Hi Spid , There are a few companies out there including an Australian Nano tech company that can already get 35% Silicone in the anode material without too much trouble battery grade material is not expandable , I am not calling for an over supply of the expandable market that will grow for the need of foils , gaskets and fire retardants , its the battery grade market that I am calling is over supplied and will continue to struggle just with SYR's extra spare capacity .
Graphine is also made from expandable graphite , ever heard of Graphine batteries ? Battery tech is moving very fast and it needs to be, E vehicle Batteries need to be a lot cheaper , faster charging and need to achieve a distance at least 800k with a single charge ,
What will your Ecograph plant be doing in 3-5 years in a diminishing market for battery grade material? or convert to what to make a profit ? that is if it ever gets past the DFS stage.
