Mayne Pharma announced this deal with all of the financing and equity details on 2nd Oct’19
The share price on 1st Oct closed at $0.53.
The deal was announced before the market opened on 2nd Oct and the share price closed up 10 cents $0.63
Nothing has changed just today MYX confirmed the completion. That’s it.
Over the last few days the MYX share price has increased 4.5 cents.
So today it has pulled back 2.5 cents on a down day for the market.
Just relax and see what happens at the AGM.
And for the record I am not a fan of the CEO. Personally I believe he should go because of the disastrous Teva products acquisition not the Mithra deal.
