ANZ are talking tough about defending OP client legals contests, but we would assume they are still sitting around the mediation table with ASIC who would be giving them an ear full for being so stupid in allowing this structure to flourish.
No doubt a better option for ANZ is to aim for a DOCA settlement with OP clients.
