I think this is a possibility also, although the recent collapse of the share price on very low turnover would suggest that the price would soon gallop up on rumours of that.
I would think a take over price below 15c would not go ahead.I would be happy with that.Take it and move on and try not to make the same mistake with a penny dreadful like INL again.
