Not sure which employer or company you work for, but that is against the law......"450 guys, two 40 foot containers and 2 microwaves?!?".
I am a director of a labour hire company and we recruit staff for mining companies. Gotta say, I have never heard of such conditions in all the time that I have been in operation.
And I would never send any staff to work under such conditions.
You should know, all mining companies have to comply with OHS regulations and get regular inspections and audits from Worksafe.
Just not sure whether you are making this up or you and the other 449 people, are working for the worst employer in Australia.
