You can seat down at your office and have your meetings and set your goals what you all expect of each other, like the former comment I ordinarily responded yours is no better.. your a director, and you question if I am making this up, this is the fundamental problem within the mining industry particularly the shut down industry, guys on the ground have no one to stand up for them, no independent organization or union to stand up for there basic rights, you guys have no clue of what actually goes on,
no one says anything cause we all don't want to make trouble for the next, it's bad enough been stuck down a bin trying to pry liners off a wall, in what feels like 50degrees of heat, then to come to eat your lunch and you have to wait on a micro wave or stand to have lunch as there is no seat available,
I could give another 20 examples of what goes on..
the general public have no idea how miss treated we are..
things need to change drastically within this space,
unsure how that will come about but it needs to happen,
