I came across an interesting article in The Australian from 22/08/08

The article states that it is expected that Justice Ray Finkelstein will announce his retirement in the near future. "Justice Finkelstein, 62, is presiding over the Opes Prime litigation, and as perhaps Australia's most highly regarded commercial judge he would be in great demand in private practice."
Justice Finkelstein in private practise... Could he then act for or advise ANZ in private practise?
