Yes, he did say he won't be making monthly sales updates, but soon after, he announced the 1st $1m month then gain in May, IIRC. But kept extremely quiet in Jan/Feb/Mar. He will announce a milestone sales month without hesistation.
The lack of news doesn't suggest anything bad, I think quite the opposite given the demand / increase in sales staff.
You have this the wrong way around, its the increase in sales staff knocking on hospital admin offices that creates the demand, hence the ramp up in the sales force. He is realising this now, but now he needs more cash, brace yourself, a CR is coming, and it will be the catalyst for the next evolution of the business not a backward step.
