1,5,6, 72 it’s irrelevant as long as it’s within the limit.
the issue is why SPX have even bothered to mention the timing given it’s within the limit.
So i see it as grist for the mill letting some holders out the door on what is nothing more than a pump so i sold the position i took yday before the announcement with a modest profit. Bird in the hand and all that.
