The announcement shows that the Ningde era has deployed Yibin City to invest in the construction of a power battery manufacturing base. Tianyi Lithium has a mature team and rich R&D and production experience in lithium salt production such as lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide. In order to jointly build the competitive advantage of the lithium battery industry chain and jointly resist market risks, the two sides reached a cooperation agreement on the cooperation and supply of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide through friendly negotiations.
The cooperation contents of the two parties include: Ningde era, according to the market and production and operation needs, preferentially purchase lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide products from Tianyi Lithium Industry; Tianyi Lithium Industry will give priority to meeting the procurement needs of Ningde era and guarantee supply, Tianyi Lithium Industry according to Ningde era The required product index parameters are processed and produced battery-grade lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide products in the Ningde era, and supplied to the Ningde era; the cooperation period is from the date of signing this agreement to November 07, 2024.
Tianhua Chaojing said that the signing of this agreement means that Tianyi Lithium and Ningde era will form a partnership in the lithium battery industry chain to jointly create a competitive advantage in the lithium battery industry chain, achieve common defense against market risks, and achieve win-win cooperation. The purpose will be to facilitate the rapid development of Tianyi Lithium Lithium Battery Materials business.
