I can appreciate your viewpoint, though IMO I have no issue with diversification and / or complementary revenue streams. As you suggest this comes down to the organisational management and with the correct structure there's no reason this can't succeed. I agree with your views on focus / inventory management etc, but as Onlythebest mentioned they are in the process of addressing this via the factory acquisition.
In quite a lame analogy, they are covering both "would you like fries with that" and "we also do chicken".
