what most here r not understanding jat business model, jat is not only a milk formula company, it's main business model is exporting to China and it's there on every announcement. I know most want jat to just stick to formula but it's not the case. Jat is building on partner ships and that's what they r aiming, holding 50% from companies wanting to deal with jat is great, jat would focus on distribution and sale deals and partners would focus on products.
