bottom feeding can be very dangerous....
but i remember buying qbe a day or 2 after september 11 atttack for about $3.... stupidly i sold the next day for about $2.50.... the rest is history....
high risk high reward.... just dont ignore the risk side of it. play what you can afford at that risk level.
