I spoke to John Poynton regarding the manipulation of the share price... the company has concerns that the VWAP is being forced down to trigger a low ball hostile takeover. They have an idea who is behind this but do not have the proof at the moment as there is a 5 day delay in identifying who is selling down the share price on data from the ASX. They are working on uncovering the sellers but it is made more difficult as the trades are done by different nominees which in turn may have other nominees involved.
So much for transparency on the ASX as the current system facilitates these dirty dealings.
