redrun,
the reservoir around the well bore has been depleted of some gas in the lengthy dewatering process since the well shut-in. You would expect a more linear increase in gas flow and possibly from a slightly lower PSI this time around. especially as they will be bringing down the bottom hole pressure very slowly.
It was fresh reservoir close to the well-bore last time and there were stresses being put on that reservoir for the first time. It may behave differently this time.
