Very easily. Its not about keeping the price of gold low. Its about keeping it lower than it should be. Ever seen gold rally 4-5% in a session? Course not. But every other commodity does. Oil did it 3 days ago and has done it many times, add copper, nickel, grains, zinc etc.

The purpose of the manipulation is to keep the price lower than it should be. When it would rally 3% only let it rally 2 etc.

As for 'what can you do about it'. Thats straight up pathetic, suppose you'd be the type who: would sit around and let all your freedoms be taken away in the name of SECURITY, never write a letter to your MP because it won't make any difference, support us going to war as long as all you had to see of it was on channel 9 news etc.

Pathetic apathy. Dont worry though noifs, your not alone. The western world is full of the scourge of apathetic citizens. Shame on you

As for what can be done about it. Write to David Cho of the Washington Post who has the nuts to write artcles about market manipulation and bring it to the public attention. Support GATA in requesting FOIA documents and all their efforts by contibuting 0.1% of your profits each year.

Its the apathetic behaviour that you exhibit that got the western world in the crap its now in.
