So it looks like Optimal gets 27.5m shares directly distributed to Optimal shareholders (so ~$2.6m on current MEY price).
Any ideas how many Optimal shares were given to MNS shareholders (what was the conversion)?
Seems like this leaves Optimal with a couple of tenements in DRC & Tanzania, but no cash.....how do they float this?
